The standard deadline for all advertising materials is the 15th of each month. The deadline for inside cover, back cover and inside back cover is the 7th of each month.

Camera-ready copy will be accepted 7 days prior to the final day of the month, however, space must be reserved by the 15th. Cancellations will not be accepted after proof has been shown and ap-proved. If a proof is requested, changes must be made within two days of receiving a proof. Design changes to proof may result in a $15 charge.

All notices, press releases and calendar listings must be received by the 15th of the month. Calendar listings are free, however, because of space limitations there is no guarantee submitted information will appear.
